Please know that all hand stamped items are not machine engraved and all individually hand stamped with metal design stamps which means that sometimes letters may not seem completely aligned or straight with slight imperfections. This is common with hand stamped items and gives each piece its own individual character.
We guarantee that the things I make are of the highest quality. We use the heaviest gauge and findings available, and we have very high standards for our craftsmanship. This means that if the item does not stand up to the wear and tear of everyday life for up to 6 months, we will repair or replace the item. You need only to cover the cost of shipping to us and we will cover the return shipping. This does not apply to lost items. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us through email. We will do all we can to make sure the problem is resolved and you are happy with your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (such as a charm or item missing) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We don't accept cancellations
Updating or adding to an existing piece
If you would like to add any charms/stones etc. to an existing piece please contact us through email. Make sure to attach a photo of the piece you currently have or possibly an order # so we can look it up. Let us know exactly what you would like to add and we will discuss further to make this happen.
Returns / Exchanges
It is important to us that you love your order! if it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, please let us know asap and we will see which is the best and quickest way to correct this for you. We will discuss together. We will either remake the piece free of charge or mail you a new piece/or charm.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned like our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Although if the error is on us then it will be fixed immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Out of Stock/Availability
Occasionally items will be out of stock and go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design, especially depending on its popularity. You can always contact us if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchasing.
A 6.625% sales tax applies to all orders shipped or billed to a New Jersey address.
